LONDON CALLING:
A COMEDY/MUSIC EXPERIENCE
In 2007, I put together my very first European tour. As it approached and I realized I would actually have to go through with it, I also realized I would have to somehow pay for it. So I threw a fundraiser and sold out a bar basement on 1st Avenue that, if I were to put this lineup on today, could fill the Beacon Theater in midtown. The lineup was: John Oliver, Demetri Martin, Leo Allen, Prescott Tolk, Todd Hanson, Jason Trachtenburg, The Hazzards, The Domestics, and A Brief View of the Hudson. Since I had two headliners, I split the show in half and had John headline the first half and Demetri headline the second.
